Depending on the water quality, we recommend maintaining the ceramic filter at least once a month, or as many times as needed.
As the use time increases, trapped dirt and contaminants will begin to accumulate, forming a layer of paint on the surface of the ceramic filter.
Use a scouring pad or soft brush to scrub the surface of the ceramic dome in cool water to clean the holes in the ceramic.
- Tap Installation Notes:1. Twist washer 1 onto the faucet. (Washer 1 is installed with slope side facing towards hole) ;2.Push the faucet through the hole of crock/bottle;3.Twist washer 2 onto the faucet (the slope side is facing against the hole);4.Hold the faucet and screw the nut in,tighten the nut until it is firmly in place and adjust as needed.
